Deborah Vine Operations Director
Leading the team with a wealth of experience gained in the fields of Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetic Surgery, Beauty, Fitness and Wellbeing. Deborah has worked with countless high profile clients, sportsmen and women within her career and feels inspired and privileged to have been instrumental in creating the environments in which their personal goals have been achieved and to which they have continued to return for advice and treatment.

Caroline Farr Senior Practitioner
Caroline was educated and qualified in South Africa and has been actively working in the industry for 7 years, over 4 of those have been dedicated solely to the aesthetics field. Caroline has spent several of these years as a trainer and has a real passion and understanding of the skin and body and a wealth of knowledge.
Caroline is the clinics Senior Practitioner and has spent a significant amount of time working with Mr Karidis to ensure his philosophy is integrated in to the work she and her colleagues do.
I feel privileged to work with such a diverse and experienced team and enjoy seeing the difference we can make to our clients lives.
Pia Airaskorpi Aesthetics Practitioner
Pia is a Registered Nurse Practitioner and graduated from Helsinki Polytechnic University of Healthcare in 2007. After working in a specialist Skin and Allergy hospital, Pia was given the chance to be part of the initial development of one of the first Medi-Spa's in Finland. This firsthand experience sparked a flare for Aesthetics, a passion which has developed throughout her career. Pia has trained under Mr Karidis and is a skilful practitioner creating natural looks for all her clients.
I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and I feel honoured to be part of that journey.
Jasmine Derzi Aesthetics Practitoner
Jasmine is a Registered Nurse Practitioner and qualified from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University in 2006. After graduating, Jasmine made the decision to pursue a career in the aesthetics industry and she hasn't looked back since!
Jasmine has worked for multiple companies across the industry and has gained fantastic experience. Her passion lies in creating bespoke treatments, tailored for the individual. Jasmine has worked alongside and trained with Mr Karidis and is a highly skilled practitioner.
I want to assist my clients in making informed decisions about treatments that are ethically based and results driven.
JADE BURTON, KARIDIS NON SURGICAL ADVISOR
Jade works as the team's non surgical advisor, offering advice and information on the range of non surgical treatments offered by KARIDIS. Jade has a wide knowledge of the treatments offered and is able to advise on their suitability. In addition to her role as a non surgical advisor, Jade also supports the surgical team as a clinic administrator.
I thoroughly enjoy advising patients on the selection of non surgical treatments we are able to offer. All of the treatments produce fantastic results and I love receiving positive feedback from clients.
JACKIE ROMERA-WATTS, PA TO MR. ALEX KARIDIS AND CLINIC MANAGER
Jackie has worked with Mr. Karidis for over eight years and has played a fundamental role in the development of both the surgical and non surgical offerings from KARIDIS. Jackie is responsible for the day to day management of the team at The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth and works closely with Mr. Karidis to ensure all patients receive the highest level of care.
This is an exciting time for Mr. Karidis, who has recently opened his first non-Surgical Clinic, KARIDIS at Kallima, The Spa at London Syon Park. I am privileged to be part of this wonderful team and look forward to new and exciting development over the coming months
NICOLA BARNARD, PATIENT COORDINATOR
Nicola works as Mr. Karidis patient co-ordinator at The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth. Nicola's role is an integral part of any patient's surgical journey, confirming procedures, surgical dates and answering any questions patients may have.
It is a pleasure to be part of such a fantastic team whose main priority is to give their patients the best possible care.
